For this technical (fuel and customs) stop - I was only charged for the fuel - which is really appreciated. However - the people are still nice (given the stress of the volume they are handling) and their prices / fees are very fair. The experience is like herding cattle - almost always a line at the desk, extremely busy and almost no chance for a crew car. The only complaint about Banyan - they are so large - they've lost the personal customer service touch many smaller FBO's offer. Facilities are extremely nice, good restaurant on site and incredible pilot shop attach. We use Banyan because of the CAA membership.
